Your health data, in one place

Health Connect brings together the health information already spread across your wearables, your calendar and your medical records — so an app you trust can show you the whole picture instead of one slice of it. Nothing is collected until you connect an account yourself.

What it connects

Each source is connected individually, by you, and can be disconnected the same way.

Wearables and devices

Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Oura, Whoop, Withings, Garmin, Fitbit and Strava — sleep, heart rate, activity, workouts, blood pressure and body composition.

Continuous glucose

Dexcom readings, so glucose can be read alongside sleep, nutrition and activity rather than in a separate app.

Calendar and email

Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars, plus mail metadata. Meeting load is one of the clearest signals behind changes in sleep and recovery.

Medical records

Your hospital and clinic records over SMART on FHIR, and Medicare claims. You authorize each health system separately.

What we actually store

The specific answer, per source — not a general reassurance. This is what reaches our database when you connect an account.

Source Stored Never stored
Wearables Sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity, workouts, temperature, SpO2, blood pressure, body composition, glucose —
Calendar Start and end time, all-day flag, busy or free, event status, a recurrence group id, attendee count Attendee names and addresses, descriptions, locations. Event titles only if the operator opts in
Email Received time, folder, sender domain only, read or unread Message bodies, full sender addresses, recipients. Subjects only if the operator opts in
Medical records Clinical records from the health systems you connect, in a separate encrypted database Nothing is retrieved without your active consent, and every access is logged

Read-only, everywhere. Health Connect never writes to your calendar, your email, your devices or your medical record. It reads what you permit and nothing else.

How your data is handled

For developers

Health Connect is also the API behind those apps. One canonical model for every source, so your code does not change when a new device is added.
